The Benefits of Freeze Dried Foods

Freeze-dried foods are so versatile and so easy to use that any emergency or long term storage pantry cannot be without them. Freeze dried foods can last over 25 years if left in a cool dry place with proper packaging such as # 10 cans.

There are many vendors who supply freeze-dried foods, some good, some not so good.

Just becasue something is freeze-dried does not mean it's a good fit for your family. The manufacturer has to use high qwuality raw materials to make great foods. If you start with crap blueberries then freeze dry them you will still have crap blueberries after they are re-hydrated. See the links in this course to find vendors we know and trust.
